Percival W. Clement

Percival Wood Clement was an American politician who served as the 57th Governor of the U.S. state of Vermont from 1919 to 1921.

Clement was born on July 7, 1846 in Rutland, Vermont, the son of Charles and Elizabeth Clement. He was educated at Rutland High School and St. Pauls School in Concord, New Hampshire. Clement graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
